Did another speed test today. So I guess I effectively have approximately a 16Mbit/1Mbit Down/Up line. Horray me!

I’ve recently been interested in recording correspondence with customer support (with their knowledge of course), and I found 321-CALL-LOG today. I tried it out, and loved it. I highly recommend it. Just make sure to tell the other part you’re logging the call.
